Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. I'm Ethan. A few days ago, I showed you my bedroom and bathroom. Originally, I planned to introduce other rooms today. But I decided to change the topic and share what I do after work.
I get off work at 6 PM every day, and then I ride my electric scooter home, which takes about 15 minutes. After that, I find a nearby fast food place for dinner. When I get back, I lie on my bed, play with my phone, watch videos, and listen to music. I used to love reading novels, but I’ve quit that habit and haven’t read any for two months now.
Around 8 PM, I change into my workout clothes and go for a run. I usually run along the road for an hour, covering about 8 kilometers. Lately, I’ve been playing badminton with friends, but most of the time, I run by myself.
I get back home around 9 PM, cool down for about half an hour, then take a shower. I aim to go to bed by 10 PM, but I often end up sleeping later, sometimes around 11 PM or midnight.

哈喽各位,欢迎来到我的频道,我是Ethan。前两天我已经给大家介绍了我的卧室跟洗手间,本来今天是应该要介绍其他房间的。但是我想换个话题,介绍一下我下班之后都做些什么。
我每天下午六点下班,然后我骑着我的电动车回家,路程大概十五分钟,然后我在公寓附近找个快餐店吃个饭,吃完回来躺在床上耍手机,看看视频,听听歌,我以前非常喜欢看小说,但是现在我已经戒掉了,有两个月没有看小说了。
等到大概八点钟我换上运动装,开始出门跑步。我通常沿着公路跑一个小时,大概八公里。但是最近我有跟朋友出去打羽毛球,但是大多数时候我还是自己一个人去跑步。
晚上九点我就回去了,运动后散热半个小时,然后去洗个澡,大概十点我就得睡觉了,但是我经常回晚睡,有时也会11点或12点才睡。
