问题1：Could not calculate build plan: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.6 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:jar:2.6

解决方案：

项目单击右键，run as –> maven install 更新后就好了。

 又报错Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:3.3.1 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved:

解决方案：修改settings.xml，添加：

 </mirror>
