for the currency XXX, there is either no exchange rate for currency CNY defined or it is not applicable for dd-mm-yy

select exchange_rate_type, tax_currency_code, b.*

from zx_taxes_b b

where b.tax_id = &tax_Id;

Responsibility : Tax Manager or Tax Administrator

Navigation : Tax Configuration > Taxes

1 - Query for the tax for the OU having the issue (the above query result will reveal the tax name)

2 - Check the Exchange Rate Type. It should be 'Corporate'.

If the above is correct, please do the following:

3 - Remove 'Corporate' from the Exchange Rate Type. Save changes.

4 - Re-test the issue.
