目标检测中常用的VOC和COCO数据集

目标检测中VOC和COCO是比较常用的两个数据集，下面放一下它们的下载地址：

ubuntu中建议安装下载工具wget，然后使用wget -c 下载地址  就可以实现断点续传了，亲测好用。
