And we have witnessed dramatic and spectacular changes in each and every aspect of our life. Notably, the Internet, have connected our world more closely and greatly contributed to the convenience of our daily life. Under this circumstance, some impressional people may argue that governments should project more financial investments and vigor to the construction of Internet infrastructure than public transportation. This standpoint suffers from both logical and practical fallacies.
