解决CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url XXX

windows 10 系统。

使用conda create命令报该错误：

If your current network has https://www.anaconda.com blocked, please file

解决方法：

将下面两个文件：

libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll

libssl-1_1-x64.dll

从 D:\Anaconda3\Library\bin 复制到 D:\Anaconda3\DLLs

这里的Anaconda安装路径根据自己实际位置更改就好。

【注】 如果上述问题好了，但接着报如下错误：

ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration.
