一、初次见面问候
简单寒暄:
(1) Good morning, welcome to our booth.
My name is xx.
早上好,欢迎来到我们的展位。我的名字是
(2) May I have your name card please?
可以给我你的名片吗?
常引导客户参观:
(3) Hi XXX, you can let me know your requirements. I will take care of that.
您好xxx,您可以告诉我您的要求。我可以帮到您。
二、询问客户意向
(1) How was your trip at Canton fair?
您的广交会之旅怎么样?
(2) What's your personal goal for attending the fair?
您参加展会目的是什么?
(3) What's that brought you to our stand today?
是什么让您今天来到我们的展位?
(4) What are you looking for?
您在寻找什么产品?
三、回答客户询价
(1) 在展会上客户通常都会直接询问价格,建议在不偏离市场行情的情况下先报个价格,给他做参
考。
(2) 新人遇到询价也不必慌张,不要动不动就找老板。这样会让客户觉得你很没有自主权
(3)市场很透明,抬高价都不是明智的选择,你在打量客户的同时,客户也在观察你们的服务态
度,产品系列完整性,公司整体的面貌。
(4)报完价告知展会后会给他发报价单:I will update you detailed offer after fair.
四、应对客户还价
(1) I can assure that this is our rock-bottom line.表示已经是最低价了。
(2) To tell you the truth, we have already Quoted you the best rates because it is fair period.
This is the sales promotion price.表示因为展会才有这么优惠的价格,是促销价格来的。
(3) What's your target price?
套问他的目标价,看看能给进一步提供什么方案。
(4) You are a good bargainer. You already cut the price to the limit.
您是一个很好的讨价还价者。您已经把价格降到极限了。
(5) Our prices reflect the quality of our products and services, as well as the value they provide to our customers.
我们的价格反映了我们产品和服务的质量,以及它们为我们客户提供的价值。
五、展会谈话技巧
确认客户话意:
(1) Pardon?Could you please repeat that?
能否请你再说一遍吗?
(2) Sorry, would you please rephrase that? I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
抱歉, 请您重新表述一下好吗?我想确保我的理解是正确的。
(3) Sorry, I still didn't catch it. Can you say that again, please?
抱歉,我还是没听懂。你能再说一遍吗?
听不懂产品术语:
(4) Could you please spell that word for me?
你能帮我拼一下这个词吗?
(5) Can you please write it down here?
你能在这里写下来吗?
学定制产品后续跟进:
(6) As soon as we get your logo artwork /raw file,we will work on the exact cost for you.
一旦 我们收到您的微标图稿/原始文件,我们将为您计算确切的成本。
(7) I will double confirm with our factory and let you know by email as soon as possible.
我将与我们工厂再次确认,并尽快通过email告知您。
