[paddle]Your machine doesn‘t support AVX, but the installed PaddlePaddle is avx core

windows上安装paddlepaddle报错了，提示

Your machine doesn't support AVX, but the installed PaddlePaddle is avx core

解决方法：

pip install paddlepaddle-gpu==2.3.2 -f https://www.paddlepaddle.org.cn/whl/windows/mkl/noavx/stable.html --no-index --no-deps

如果你是linux则可以改成：

pip install paddlepaddle-gpu==2.3.2 -f https://www.paddlepaddle.org.cn/whl/linux/mkl/noavx/stable.html --no-index --no-deps
