    Thanks for your faithful words! I will keep it in minds! Actually,I am anxious to make progess!
   'Cause you know i am a green hand in this field ,right now i am
on the stage of learning ,learing how to tackle with differnt kind of people, how to manage different unexpected situation,and so forth!
   Anyway i would spare no efforts to get to know everything better! I do not want to stay on the same level for times ! And it would be mine sincerely wishes that i can gain some supports from you all!
