ubuntu18.04安装显卡后，分辨率只有一个，无法更改解决办法

安装双系统后，输入nvidia-smi后能正常显示显卡信息。但是Ubuntu18.04的设置分辨率界面只有一个分辨率，无法更改。

修改etc/default/grub文件

sudo gedit /etc/default/grub

将 GRUB_GFXMODE=640x480前面的注释去掉。改成自己想要的分辨率，如1920x1080
