A: Were you nervous during your first day of class?您第一次上课时紧张吗

B：I felt very nervous the first day when I walked into classroom当我走向教室时就特别紧张Because I know that students were expecting some teacher who was very experienced因为我知道我的学生肯定都希望一位经验丰富的老师来，so I have to tell my students, 'I'm a new teacher, if my  teaching is not perfect，please forgive me如果我教的不够好,请原谅我。

A：So perfection is really not very important, right?所以完美度并不是很重要？

B：It is not very important并不是很重要.The most important thing is that you are practicing yourself最重要的是你在锻炼自己，you are becoming more experienced and more skillful丰富自己的经验,提高自己的技能.

A: Your ability to express yourself in English is impeccable您表达自己的能力真是完美

B: It's very peccable很不完美

A: Is there any words of encouragement that you want to say to the new coming student for this semester?您对于这个学期的新学生有什么要说的话吗

B: Study whatever you want to study，Do what you are interested in and stick to it坚持做自己感兴趣的事.Do not listen too much  to your teachers'  or whatever so-called professional people不要听太多老师或者所谓专业人士的话 .But you have to listen to your heart但你要遵从自己的内心 and try your best to become a better person in a bigger world尽最大的努力，变成更好的人
