Inspirations to be better

At the age of 25 as i am people usually get confused about the future,about the present state because their life tends to achieve some state of balance.They enjoy their life style of working in a moderate company,having a healthy relationship with a girl.The future of our life seems to be like that.It is acceptable and meaningful.There are numerous reasons such as persuasion from parents of setting up a family,marriage of your friends,financial independence and occasional achievement in the workplace.

So why do you choose to struggle to step into some areas you are not familiar with?

Way to success can never be comfortable.Words like that were repeated by our parents,our teachers again and again from days in kinder-garden to days in college.Definitely it is part of American dream,Chinese dream.However when we get older things tend to be not that tough.

That is not the truth.

Life in each type of society no matter urban or rural,research in each academic field,can affront adversities.Disrespect from strangers,pressure from superiors and peers,people can never get rid of them unless you choose to be a recluse.Reasons mentioned above are just about how to learn to endure them.That is a harder and more crucial lesson.

Maybe people who acts unlike the public,the mainstream,would be ridiculed and bullied regardless of the age. Even holding positive attitudes towards the plight is ridiculed by some smug and cynical guys in these days.But thanks to the difficulties in old days,thanks to the article about "impostor syndrome" and the lecture of Barack Obama,I suddenly realized that vacuity,lazy,can never be proper excuse.Uphill road can never be understood by mediocrity.

Every early-career scientist has hit a stumbling block:a bad grade on an exam,a low score on a grant proposal or the first rejection from a journal.Believe it or not,I  used to experienced many of them,which means I am an early-career scientist already.  Don't be stubborn,nor susceptible.

God only help those who help themselves.Conceitedness can destroy from inside though,can erode the shield from outside.
