解决Maven使用install出错出现Fatal error compiling: UTF-8的问题

关于使用maven用install 命令出现以下错误：

解决方法：

在pom.xml文件中添加下面:

        <project.build.sourceEncoding>
            UTF-8
        </project.build.sourceEncoding>
    </properties>
