在windows下运行多个tomcat

1. 下载压缩版tomcat，本文使用64位apache-tomcat-9.0.7

2. 修改/conf/service.xml中的端口号(启动、运行、关闭)

3. 修改/bin/startup.bat
   仅需修改一处，java环境变量使用当前环境变量：
