This is almost a scam. So hard to activate. After numerous attempt, I was finally able to activate via phone 1-800-225-1115 and purchased amazon e-gift card with exact amount. If you exceed, they will charge extra fee etc. Use it immediately as amazon and throw away the card

Activate your card:

choose English
enter 16 digits of card number and plus '#' key
enter 3 digits of security key on the back of your card
enter month/year, eg. '06/23'
enter the 4 digits of your pin number
re-enter the 4 digits of your pin number
Congratulation! your card is activated and your card balance is ‘’ten dollar‘’，记住余额比如10块钱
