一、存档修改
1.1 存档位置
C:\Users\XXX\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\save games
1.2 打开文档
打开C:\Users\XXX\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\settings.txt
,将save_as_binary=yes
改成save_as_binary=no
,然后退出游戏重新存档,即可在文本编辑器以UTF-8编码打开,否则乱码。
1.3 国家加强
multiplier=0.500即加强12%,1.000即加强25%,1.500即加强37%,2.000即加强50%(这里的4个数值对应游戏最开始设置页面的4个挡位),除此之外还可以在存档修改设置其他数值,例如2.500对应加强62%,15.00对应加强370%(multiplier数值和加强强度百分比的比值大约是1.000 :25%,每增加0.5个multiplier数值,加强强度百分比增加12.5%(最后会约成整数)),此处数值不是一定要为0.5的整倍数,也可以设置为0.4、0.8之类的,总之multiplier数值和加强强度百分比呈正比例关系
下面分别设置了德国和苏联,difficulty_setting变量最后字符串的末三位即为对应国家代码的小写字母

二、控制台指令
可通过debug/tdebug得知state_id,
add_core state_id
添加省份核心
setowner state_id [country_id]
设置省份拥有者,不填country则默认为当前国家

添加国家精神:
人口:disarmed_nation非军事化国家, volunteer_only志愿军兵役制, limited_conscription有限征兵, extensive_conscription广泛征兵, service_by_requirement按要求服兵役, all_adults_serve所有成人服兵役, scraping_the_barrel榨干他们
