随机:parameters['W' + str(l)] = np.random.randn(layers_dims[l], layers_dims[l-1]) * 10

“he”:parameters['W' + str(l)] = np.random.randn(layers_dims[l], layers_dims[l-1]) * (math.sqrt(2./layers_dims[l-1])) 

三种初始化方法对参数W进行初始化,其中参数b始终parameters['b' + str(l)] = np.zeros((layers_dims[l], 1)),初始化为0。

Note:

我发现如果随机初始化W:parameters['W' + str(l)] = np.random.randn(layers_dims[l], layers_dims[l-1])

即不“/10”的话,效果比he还好……准确率达到0.997,而he是0.993……
