The ServicePointManager does not support proxies of * scheme

综述

The ServicePointManager does not support proxies of * scheme
错误原因是因为我之前设置git的proxy为：

 git config --global http.proxy 'sock5://127.0.0.1:7890'

这样导致从VS中推动无法push
改为：

 git config --global http.proxy 'http://127.0.0.1:7890'

即可
