Plug USB stick into the KR C4 controller.
Copy the Application folder in the directory D:\KRC_Release\INTERNAT\KRCSETUP\KRC\SmartPAD\Application onto the USB stick.
Connect USB stick to the USB port on the rear of the smartPAD (position 4).
Open the WinCE Start menu by pressing a finger on the lower section of the smartPAD touch screen.
Open Windows Explorer via the menu sequence Programs > Windows Explorer.
Open "Hard Disk".
Copy the contents of the copied Application folder by means of the menu sequence Edit > Copy.
Paste the copied contents onto the drive Nand_Flash by means of the menu sequence Edit > Paste.
Confirm the message with Yes to All.
Disconnect USB stick.
Restart the controller by means of the main switch.
Correct the smartPAD version on the identification plate (item 6) on the rear of the smartPAD.
