解决window安装labelimg中错误：No module named ‘libs.resources‘

错误提示代码：

 1.F:\课外学习资料\labelImg-master> python labelImg.py
 2. Traceback (most recent call last):
 3. File "labelImg.py", line 30, in <module>
 4. from libs.resources import * 
 5. ImportError: No module named 'libs.resources'

解决办法：
将labelImg-master文件夹中的resources.py文件移动到libs文件夹内；
之后再次运行，就成功了；
