安装高版本Pytorch以及torchvision时提示找不到指定版本的包报错解决

问题描述

在使用Pytorch自带的faster RCNN时出现以下报错：

RuntimeError: No such operator torchvision::nms

经过查找问题，发现是Pytorch版本与torchvision版本不一致导致的
但是在安装指定版本的Pytorch与torchvision时

pip install torch==1.6
pip install torchvision==0.7.0

会出现报错：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.6 (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1, 0.1.2.post2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==1.6

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torchvision==0.7.0 (from versions: 0.1.6, 0.1.7, 0.1.8, 0.1.9, 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.2.2, 0.2.2.post2, 0.2.2.post3, 0.5.0)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torchvision==0.7.0

为解决此问题早CSDN上查找诸多解决方案，但是一直没有得到合适的答案。

解决办法

CSDN上解决不了的文问题去Stack Overflow上找找，果不其然找到了解决方法。
Pytorch1.6与torchvision0.7安装：
在cmd中输入以下命令

pip install torch==1.6.0 torchvision==0.7.0 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

下图是安装完成的图片，再次运行之前报错代码就不会报错了。
