Android TabLayout中tab无法点击问题

最近在使用TabLayout+ViewPager+fragment时，发现个问题，TabLayout中Tab始终无法点击，最后网上查找半天才发现是布局问题，原来布局是

只是因为外层布局使用的是ConstraintLayout导致TabLayout中Tab无法点击，后来更换成LinearLayout之后就可以点击了，这里做下记录。
