HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url ＜https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/noarch/repodata.

在使用anaconda创建虚拟环境时需要下载一些包，但是一直报错，完整错误信息如下：

一波百度过后总结下来这个错误的原因主要是两个：
一、.condarc文件里面下载源路径问题：
解决方案：
1. vim ~/.condarc
2. 添加清华源或者中科大源，我添加的中科院源，具体.condarc文件内容如下：

channels:
  - https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
  - https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/
show_channel_urls: true

二、防火墙设置问题
（我改了清华源改了中科院源，一直都报上述错误，突然发现一篇好文提醒到设置一下防火墙，然后就发出了和作者一样的感叹：WOC，解决！）

输入命令：

conda config --set ssl_verify false
