    Git is software for tracking changes in any set of files, usually used for coordinating work among programmers collaboratively developing source code during software development.

    Git was created by Linus Torvalds in 2005 for development of the Linux kernel, with other kernel developers contributing to its initial development.

    The name “git” means unpleasant person.

    Pro Git is written by Scott Chacon who fund the Github.

    It’s one interesting guy, from his profile,

    Investing in cool companies and trying to help the world learn new languages

    He could speak German, ASL, French, Spanish, Japanese beside the English.
