BGP属性MED基本作用

MED 为BGP得多出口鉴别器，也成为BGP的开销，只会影响邻居（用于判断流量进入AS时的最佳路由）

AR1跟AR2都有一条192.168.1.0 的路由，通过设置med值使流量走AR2-AR1-AR3 这条路线

同时在AR3发布一条192.168.3.0的路由，通过路由策略使流量走AR2-AR1-AR3 这条路线
MED值越小越优，MED值小的路由器，选路时默认为该路由器为自己的下一跳
