Meet george Williams,He is a successful businessman,Today he is going to be interviewed by Lindsay for a article she writing about him.

Working in an exciting  industry

Lindsay:What industry do you working in?

George:I work in the aerospace industry ,It is a very exciting industry to be in right now.

An Attitude for Success

Lindsay:What types of qualities have you tried to foster(培养) in order to be successful businessman?

George:I have alway fostered an ambitious attitude toward my career.

Having a Mission Statement

Lindsay:how has that ambitiousness carried through to your current success.?

George:well,I try to capture that in my company's mission statement:"we do what it takes to be the best in the aerospace idustry.

Learning From a Mentor

Lindsay：What else has helped  you to be successful ?

George:When i was first starting out in my working  career,I had an excellent mentor to help me out .

Mentoring Others

Lindsay:Are you mentoring anyone yourself?

George:Yes ,I am,I believe that the next generation of businessmen  and women will do great things. 

A Stepping-stone to Learning

Lindsay:That's great! Has there been anything else that acted as a stepping-stone for you?

George:well,I have also tried to view making  mistakes as not a bad thing.but a way to learn and ultimately  improve my business skills

Learning from Mistakes

Lindsay:What advice can you give about learning from mistakes?

George:Whenever i do not get the results i am looking for ,I probe(探查，调查) deep into the situation and try to analyze what went wrong .

Planing for the Future

Lindsay:Thats great ! what do you see in the future?

George:There is so much going to in the aerospace industry,I hope to coordinate new ventures with other companies soon to make a better aircraft.
