Jupyter Notebook超过IOPub数据输出速率

Window下使用Jupyter Notebook读取文件报错：

IOPub data rate exceeded.
The notebook server will temporarily stop sending output
to the client in order to avoid crashing it.
To change this limit, set the config variable
`--NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit`.

Current values:
NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit=1000000.0 (bytes/sec)   #修改这个data_rate_limit值的设置即可。
NotebookApp.rate_limit_window=3.0 (secs)  #这个值rate_limit_window不修改。

cmd输入并运行：

jupyter notebook ---generate-config  #生成配置文件

生成的配置文件位置：

C:\Users\Administrator\.jupyter\jupyter_notebook_config.py

修改此文件中的

#c.NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit = 1000000   
#c.NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit = 100000000   #增加一些0，提高上限即可，保存退出。

重启jupyter notebook，解决。
