二、Reaction characteristics：

Vipivotide tetraxetan (PSMA-617) 是前列腺特异性膜抗原 (PSMA) 的强有效抑制剂。Vipivotide tetraxetan (PSMA-617)由三种成分组成:药效基团Glutamate-urea-Lysine，螯合剂DOTA（能够结合68Ga或177Lu），以及连接这两个实体的linker。DOTA是使大多数辐射计复杂化的金标准。在螯合剂和生物载体之间找到正确的组合是很重要的。

Vipivotide tetraxetan是一种四价融合蛋白，它结合了免疫球蛋白G（IgG）和凝血因子X（FX），以及两种不同的细胞因子受体，即肿瘤坏死因子受体（TNF-R）和干扰素-gamma受体（IFN-gamma-R）。 Vipivotide tetraxetan的主要作用机制是通过与细胞因子的受体结合，抑制炎症和免疫反应，从而减少对患者的损害。其中，IgG和FX的结合能够增强药物的稳定性和溶解度，使其在体内更加稳定和有效。
