Team Lead

+系统是有关汽车修车业务的客户信息管理系统.

+包含数据库相关的java开发.

Skills must include:

+ Excellent spoken and written English

+ Java, JSP, HTML, Javascript, MySQL code experience (minimum 5 years+ post college experience with web applications[意即大学毕业后相关的总工作经验至少5年，但是不一定都是java开发])

Good technical skills (acegi[一种java技术] and basic java encryption[java里面基本的加密技术] will be needed)

+ Basic unix knowledge

+ Self starter and ambitious

Adapter Dev Team

TIBCO Adapter™ software enables packaged applications, databases and networking technologies to become active participants in the enterprise information flow. Adapters provide a configuration-based approach to integration, providing simple, automated mapping of incompatible technologies and data formats. Vanceinfo TIBCO CDC Adapter department is responsible to develop more than 13 adapters.

Senior Developer Engineer

The senior developer plays a lead role in the development of one adapter. Being a senior engineer, this person is expected to play a major role in the design, implementation, and maintenance for one adapter. In addition, this person is expected to acquire a high level of understanding of the application which adapter connects to as well so that they can make recommendations on integration strategies for this adapter.

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of TIBCO Adapter .

2.Must have 4+ years of work experience in a technical, product development role.

3.Work experience on full product development and release engineering lifecycle, new product  

development are added plus.

4.Product Development of TIBCO Adapter that integrate TIBCO Products (BusinessWorks, BusinessWorks Workflow, messaging) with third party Applications and Technologies.

5.Specify testing of new features and validate product usability.

6.Partner with teams across regions on presentations, proposals, and strategic planning.

7.Build product BOM for release according to standard software practices.

8.Must be willing to travel and enjoy working with customers.

 

Qualifications:

Technical

1.Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications is required. Masters Degree is preferred.

2.Working familiarity with Java or C++; Coding is expected in this position.

3.Proven experience debugging and maintaining multi-threaded enterprise software used in heavy-volume, high performance production environments.

4.ObjectOriented design and Programming concepts; Modular and component design.

5.Prior experience with the application which adapter connects to is a plus: Installation, Integration interfaces, Specifications and End-user configuration and use cases.

6. Prior experience with Eclipse plug in and EMF is a plus.

 

Productivity

1.Experience with engineering processes: product build system (make), source control system, defect tracking system, product documentation, customer demos etc.

2.Define work objectives, desired outcomes and provide periodic feedback.

3.Identify and track risks and define necessary contingency planning.

 

Communication

1.Possess excellent written and verbal English skills.

2.Develop clear and concise documentation including Design documents, Functional Specification, Test Specification.

3.Challenges and risks are communicated proactively and appropriately.

4.Problems are identified with recommendations for appropriate potential solutions.

5.Interact well with team leaders, peers, junior staff and other managers at various positions.
