作用或用途就不说了，下面讲配置。

1．Define External Confirmation Categories

 

 

外部确认类别，根据要与内部确认类别用法对应，共分为三种：

 

ü         Order acknowledgement 供应商承认书

 

ü         Shipping Notification/Inbound Delivery 交货单

 

ü         Rough GR 粗收货（零售版用）

 

 

2．Define Internal Confirmation Categories

 

 

 

把前面定义的外部确认类型分配给系统内置的内部确认类型，如果是与Shipping Notification/Inbound Delivery有关，则需要分配相应的Delivery type交货单据类型。

3．Set Up Confirmation Control

 

 

 

这里对Confirmation Control keys进行定义。

 

字段说明：

 

Create inb. Delivery: Create inbound deliveries automatically，分散式的WMS才用到。

 

DelconfRel: POD Control (Proof of Delivery)，指定是否需要Proof of Delivery。如果维护需要，创建inbound delivery时，该需求会从PO拷贝过去。

 

 

Confirmation sequence：定义确认次序或确认步骤

 

 

 

字段说明：

 

MRP-relevant: Confirmation is relevant to materials planning，确定来自confirmation category的信息是否被MRP考虑。（@?有疑问）

 

 

Indicator: Confirmation is GR-Relevant，指定confirmation category与收货相关。此标识与MRP-relevant联用，如果confirmation sequence有多个confirmation category时，收货后更新的信息会抵消前面confirmation category中标记的MRP-relevant的信息。多个confirmation category只能有其中一个标记此标识。（@?有疑问）

 

 

Indicator: GR with Reference to Vendor Confirmation，收货时参考供应商confirmation的信息来收货。例如供应商分批送货，便会有多个Vendor Confirmation，每个Vendor Confirmation对应一个数量，收货时这些数量被分离在不同的行项目中。如果想实现batch split功能，此标识一定要勾上。（@?有疑问）

 

 

Monitoring Period for Confirmation，设置Vendor Confirmation的Monitoring Period追踪周期，即指定此周期（天数）内必须收到Vendor Confirmation。

 

 

Reference Date for Vendor Confirmation Monitoring Period，如果设置了'Delivery date minus monitoring period'，即交货日期小于追踪周期，假如10天，那么必须要在10天之内收到Vendor confirmation信息，如果逾期，此PO就会被Vendor confirmation追踪分析报表抓到。

1． ME22N手工维护Vendor Confirmation的Order acknowledgment（如Confirmation category: AB）或及Shipping notification（如Confirmation category: LA）相关信息；

 

2． 对Confirmation category: LA的情况，用VL31N创建Inbound delivery；
