Linux系统中运行pysot-toolkit的OTB评价结果注意事项

1.数据集中Human4改为Human4-2，Jogging改为Jogging-1并复制一份命名为Jogging-2，Skating2改为Skating2-1和Skating2-2
2.cannot import name ‘region’ from ‘pysot.utils’ (./pysot/utils/init.py)
找到setup.py文件的目录(本代码在pysot/utils中)，并输入python setup.py build_ext --inplace
3.command ‘gcc’ failed with exit status 1
缺少gcc
sudo apt-get gcc
博主用的Ubuntu20系统，开始报错有的文件没有找到，执行apt-get update更新以下后成功。
4.Failed to process string with tex because latex could not be found
尝试解决：
pip install latex
仍有错误，
继续依次执行：
conda install -c conda-forge jupyter_latex_envs
conda install -c conda-forge/label/cf201901 jupyter_latex_envs
conda install -c conda-forge/label/cf202003 jupyter_latex_envs
仍然报错，
参考另一篇文章：

pip install latex
sudo apt-get install dvipng
sudo apt-get install -y texlive texlive-latex-extra texlive-latex-recommended

后成功。
5.LaTeX Error: File ‘type1ec.sty’ not found.
sudo apt install cm-super
