They system have no reflection while finish recovering the file.
Evidence for the aspect:

Interface aspect:
After the user recovers the file from Cycle Bin, There is no tip for the action especially when they forget the place of the file before deleted.
Explanation of the aspect:
While the user delete files mistakenly or they find the file they considered useless before also needed. They will need to recover them. But after the file recovered, there is no tip for the process except the file’s icon in the Cycle Bin disappeared. If the user forgets the place of the file before deleted, he will hardly find the file.
On the other hand, the system just offer undo for delete but not for recovery.
Severity of the problem:
The users will probably learn the problem quickly and is prevented easily. For the skilled users this will let them uncomfortable and cost a lot of time to find where the file recovered. For new users, this will make them nervous and helpless.
Solution:
Give a tip for the user about where the file was recovered while finish recovering.
Add an undo for the user to undo the action about recovery.
