The user can choose whether through the Cycle Bin while delete a file, the picture give the difference.

                                 

Explanation of the aspect:

While the users want to delete file, the system give them a choice about which method to delete whether through the Cycle Bin or not.

If the user delete just choose the delete, it will be remove to the Cycle Bin.

If the users choose the delete while press ‘Shift’ key, the file will be delete permanently.

Benefit of the good feature:

This gives the user a freedom way to choose how to delete a file. They can delete the file never used again permanently.

Solution:

I cannot foresee any problems with it, as long as the computer's information may be useless and needed to delete; there is difference for the user among the information.
