任务一

请实现一个wordcount函数，统计英文字符串中每个单词出现的次数。返回一个字典，key为单词，value为对应单词出现的次数。
Eg:

Input:

Output:

简单实现思路：首先将输入字符串全部转换为小写，然后字符串中的translate方法去除字符串中的标点符号，采用split方法将字符串分割成单词列表，最后遍历单词进行统计数量。
