imx5 imx6 rtc clock setting

1, make sure we have rtc module on board(ex,seiko s-35390A)

2,make sure we have coin battary for RTC module,so that RTC module is still power on without board power up

3,how to set the system time as follow:

root@freescale ~$ date -s 01/15/2014

root@freescale ~$ date -s 11:30:00

root@freescale ~$ hwclock -w

root@freescale ~$ hwclock -r

that is all
