ORA-00445: background process "W001" did not start after 120 seconds

环境：HP  UNIX

ORACLE版本：11.2.0.3.0

早上想用这台机器做测试,发现起不来,STARTUP OPEN没有反应,查看ALERT日志：

整了一会,搞不定,就用旧的pfile：
