将alv定位在屏幕的容器上.

1.在screen 上拖一个定制控件（倒数第二个）。名字ALV_CONTAINER.

2.   data: lwa_layout   type lvc_s_layo.

data:  g_container  type ref to cl_gui_custom_container,
                 g_alv        type ref to cl_gui_alv_grid.

 data:  it_fieldcat  type lvc_t_fcat with header line.
