PS月结问题-跨期间月结

就是没有期间顺序一个一个期间月结，而是跳着月结。错误信息如下

首先执行金额结算并包含结算期间 011 2007
消息号 KD262

Diagnosis
The sender has a distribution rule with an amount, which was last settled in settlement period 010 2007. After this, the amount was not settled until after settlement period 011 2007.
The amount for an amount rule should be settled in all settlement periods following the first settlement of the amount. This is only if the rule is valid (see the rule "valid to period") and the sender is is not a capital investment measure with line item settlement.

Procedure
You have the following possibilities:

If the settlement periods from period 010 2007 to the end of settlment period 011 2007 have not yet been settled:
a) Settle the corresponding settlement periods
b) Then repeat settlement for the current settlement period.
Settlement for the settlement periods from period 010 2007 to the end of settlement period 011 2007 was not possible, because there were no costs on the sender:
Restrict the time period for the amount rule ("valid to settlement period" = 010 2007).
If you do not want to restrict the time period for your amount rule and do not want to repeat settlement for the settlement periods from 010 2007 to the end of 011 2007, you can change this message from an error message to a warning. To do this, use the Adjust message control" (Application area "KD", message number "262") IMG activity.
If you want to use an amount rule again to settle costs that were incurred in the current settlement period, or will incur in the future, create an additional amount rule with "valid to period" > 010 2007.
These rules are only used when costs are incurred again on the sender.

按照提示，解决方法如下

1 开启11月帐期，对项目进行11月月结后再执行12月月结。

2 SE16，修改表T100S。表T100S中保存了用户可修改的信息。找到信息类/信息 KD/262,将Error改为Warning。再执行12月月结。

3 重新建立分配结构，并设置起止日期到当前。再月结。
