使用MAC地址，作为 License 检查

背景

我们有时候，需要将软件加密。一种常用的方式是，获取电脑的MAC地址，在程序代码中Check Mac信息，作为是否能使用软件。

实现功能主要如下：

1. 获取电脑的MAC地址
2. 检查特定的MAC地址
