vs2019编译boost

1.管理员权限运行x86_x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019

2.bootstrap.bat

3.有两种方法，选择一种

3.a.

b2.exe install --toolset=msvc-14.2 architecture=x86 address-model=64 --stagedir="D:\boost_1_86_0" link=static runtime-link=shared runtime-link=static --build-type=complete --with-system --with-thread --with-date_time --with-filesystem --with-serialization threading=multi debug release

自动在D:\boost_1_86_0生成lib文件，需要手工拷贝 boost_1_86_0\boost 到D:\boost_1_86_0\include

3.b

b2 install --toolset=msvc-14.2 --build-type=complete --prefix="D:\boost_1_86_0" link=shared runtime-link=shared runtime-link=static threading=multi debug release

不需要手工拷贝include文件，会自动生成。
