能进行

1. ios strings文件与exl表格，相互转换
2. android xml文件与exl表格，相互转换

建议使用前查看

python python/Xls2Strings.py -h
//不一定是Xls2Strings.py任何文件都行

//执行结果，查看标识符的解析
Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -f fileDir, --fileDir=fileDir
                        Xls files directory.
  -t targetDir, --targetDir=targetDir
                        The directory where the strings files will be saved.
  -e excelStorageForm, --excelStorageForm=excelStorageForm
                        The excel(.xls) file storage forms including
                        single(single file), multiple(multiple files), default
                        is multiple.
  -a additional, --additional=additional
                        additional info.
