安装11.2.0.4 grid过程中执行root.sh脚本报ORA-15018 ORA-15031 ORA-15025 ORA-15056

Linux 6.7平台上安装Oracle 11.2.0.4版本的grid软件，在节点2上执行root.sh脚本时，报如下错误：
# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid

Creating /etc/oratab file...
Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by
Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created
Finished running generic part of root script.
Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

Disk Group SYSDG creation failed with the following message:
ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15031: disk specification '/dev/mapper/sys5g5' matches no disks
ORA-15025: could not open disk "/dev/mapper/sys5g5"
ORA-15056: additional error message




Configuration of ASM ... failed
see asmca logs at /u01/app/grid/cfgtoollogs/asmca for details
Did not succssfully configure and start ASM at /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 6912.
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl execution failed

首先想到的是权限，果不其然：
[grid@hwdbn2 mapper]$ dd if=/dev/mapper/sys5g4 of=/tmp/sys5.tmp bs=1024M count=1
dd: opening `/dev/mapper/sys5g4': Permission denied

对权限进行纠正后，重新运行root.sh脚本，正常通过。

# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
Performing root user operation for Oracle 11g

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid

The contents of "dbhome" have not changed. No need to overwrite.
The contents of "oraenv" have not changed. No need to overwrite.
The contents of "coraenv" have not changed. No need to overwrite.


Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by
Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created
Finished running generic part of root script.
Now product-specific root actions will be performed.
