The document describes how to synchronize system time for Windows (Windows 10) Cluster through NTP.
1. Configure NTP in Control Panel
Add the following NTP Server to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
10.99.100.10 ntp.lxcls.com
Go to Control Panel, Clock, Language and Region, Date and Time, Internet Time, input the NTP Server:
ntp.lxcls.com
2. Configure NTP in gpedit.msc, http://www.2cto.com/os/201501/367607.html
Open Command, input gpedit.msc, Select Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, Windows Time Service:
a. Global Configuration Settings->Check ‘Enabled’, then click OK.
b. Time Providers->Enable Windows NTP Client->Check ‘Enabled’, then click OK.
c. Time Providers ->Configure Windows NTP Client->Input the NTP Server “ntp.lxcls.com”, select NTP and change the update time interval --- 600 seconds. Then click OK to save the changes.

d. Right click Start menu, click Computer Management, Services, Restart Windows Time service.
e. Go to control panel in step1, update time from NTP Server.
