创建 Maven 工程，pom.xml
file—》maven project

配置pom

<dependencies>

    <dependency>
        <groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
        <artifactId>spring-webmvc</artifactId>
        <version>5.0.11.RELEASE</version>
    </dependency>

</dependencies>

在 web.xml 中配置 DispatcherServlet。
