调用他人的接口，必须要有它HttpUtils

最近项目中，要和其他公司的合作。对于技术方面，免不了要互调接口获取所需数据。

所以传输工具类不可少（HttpUtils）：
（ps:：工具类是从网上寻的，忘记是哪位大佬的，如冒犯请联系）

httpUtils工具类（附带main方法测试）：

注：仅作为临时取用：没有写日志输出代码
