基于VSCODE的NS3开发环境配置

参考ns3+VSCode开发环境配置完美版_哔哩哔哩_bilibili

vscode远程访问虚拟机中的centos8

launch.json中直接配置waf全目录。

task.json中直接配置开发的脚本文件的全目录。

环境变量中添加/build/lib目录，解决找不到动态库的问题。
