5G NR MCG，SCG，PCell，PSCell，SCell，SpCell，TAG，STAG，PTAG 概念

先上图。这是在一个专利定时提前量的获取、计算、处理方法、装置及系统与流程中看到的。
专利中描述如下:

定时提前组(Timing Advance Group，TAG).DC包括两个小区组：MCG(Master Cell Group，主小区组)和SCG(Secondary Cell Group，辅小区组)。
其中MCG包括一个PCell(Primary Cell，主小区)或额外包括一个或多个SCell(Secondary Cell:，辅小区).
SCG包括一个PSCell(Primary Secondary Cell，主辅助小区)或额外包括一个或多个SCell。

对于配置了多个小区的UE(User Equipment，用户设备)，有相同的上行定时提前量(Timing Advance，TA)的小区属于同一个TAG.
当UE获得新的TA值的时候，UE启动或重启该TAG的TA值的定时对齐定时器(Time Alignment Timer，TAT).
当该TAT超时后该TAG处于上行失同步状态。

UE的TAG类型按照以下划分：

pTAG(Primary Timing Advance Group，主定时提前组)：包含PCell和一个或多个SCell。

sTAG(Secondary Timing Advance Group，辅定时提前组)：仅包含一个或多个SCell。

psTAG(Primary Secondary Timing Advance Group，主要的辅定时提前组)：包含PSCell和一个或多个SCell。

可以对这些概念对应的实体在网络中有一个直观的认识。

38.331 协议中定义:

• Primary Cell: (PCell)
  The MCG cell, operating on the primary frequency, in which the UE either performs the initial connection establishment procedure or initiates the connection re-establishment procedure.
• Primary SCG Cell:（PSCell）
  For dual connectivity operation, the SCG cell in which the UE performs random access when performing the Reconfiguration with Sync procedure.
• Primary Timing Advance Group:（PTAG）
  Timing Advance Group containing the SpCell.
• Secondary Cell:(SCell)
  For a UE configured with CA, a cell providing additional radio resources on top of Special Cell.
• Secondary Cell Group:(SCG)
  For a UE configured with dual connectivity, the subset of serving cells comprising of the PSCell and zero or more secondary cells.
• Serving Cell:(无)
  For a UE in RRC_CONNECTED not configured with CA/DC there is only one serving cell comprising of the primary cell. For a UE in RRC_CONNECTED configured with CA/ DC the term ‘serving cells’ is used to denote the set of cells comprising of the Special Cell(s) and all secondary cells.
• Special Cell:（SpCell）
  For Dual Connectivity operation the term Special Cell refers to the PCell of the MCG or the PSCell of the SCG, otherwise the term Special Cell refers to the PCell.

38.321 协议中定义:

• Serving Cell:
  A PCell, a PSCell, or an SCell in TS 38.331 [5].
• Special Cell:
  For Dual Connectivity operation the term Special Cell refers to the PCell of the MCG or the PSCell of the SCG depending on if the MAC entity is associated to the MCG or the SCG, respectively.Otherwise the term Special Cell refers to the PCell. A Special Cell supports PUCCH transmission and contention-based Random Access, and is always activated.
• Timing Advance Group:（TAG）
  A group of Serving Cells that is configured by RRC and that, for the cells with a UL configured, using the same timing reference cell and the same Timing Advance value. A Timing Advance Group containing the SpCell of a MAC entity is referred to as Primary Timing Advance Group (PTAG), whereas the term Secondary Timing Advance Group (STAG) refers to other TAGs.

这里只单独说明下TAG，定时提前组的概念。通过RRC配置了UL参数的一组使用同一个定时参考cell，并且有相同的定时提前量的ServingCell。包含SpCell（PCell或PSCell）的TAG为PTAG。其他TAG都是STAG。
