离职后老板应该给我奖金

这周Linkedin提醒我新入职工作已经2年了，也就是说我上次离职已经2年了，所以可以嗮嗮我离职后公司的招聘广告了。

上次离职之后， 公司立即开始进行招聘活动。 仔细阅读他们在招聘网站上投放的广告， 让我重新认识到了自己的价值。根据招聘要求，我觉得原老板应该狠狠给我一大笔奖金！

Your Skills and Attributes：

• A University Degree in Software Engineering or similar.
• Experience in working with Linux BSPs, device drivers and Linux development tools.
• Detailed knowledge of Ethernet communication.
• Strong C programming skills.
• Basic Java programming skills would be of advantage for implementing product test software.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to maintain design documentation.

Key Duties:

• Board bring-up, low level Linux device drivers and Linux kernel management to support our embedded software team, especially in the following areas:
• Debug board bring up.
• Troubleshoot hardware related board bring up issues.
• Root cause analysis: isolate issues caused by hardware and software.
• Developing BSP using Linux kernel.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining Board Support Package on existing processor platform.
• Integrating of Linux device drivers for chip-to-chip integration, Ethernet, cellular, wireless and serial communication chips.
• Writing test scripts for manufacturing level test planning and implementation.
• Integrate Linux firmware and manage dependencies across the system.
• Participate in identifying test strategy and implementing test protocols for software and embedded hardware. Perform formal verification and generate reports.
  Participate, review and approve outside lab test plans, protocols.
• Participate in device level verification of new PCBs.
• Software development, primarily in the C programming language.
• Embedded hardware design using Altium Designer would be a plus.
• Maintain the company component database and product manufacturing documents.
• Product life cycle management and liaison with external electronic manufacturing services.

Most of our customers are located in Europe and China. It is essential for the suitable applicant to be willing to travel internationally.
