HCI笔记 —— 如何评价某个interface的可用性

如何评价某个interface的可用性，<HumanComputer Interaction—Concepts, Methodologies, Tools, and Applications>中给出了三个指标。

Effectiveness 有效性	The extent to which the intended goals of use of the overall system are achieved.	Interface所属的system使用的实际效果如何？
Efficiency 高效性	The resources that have to be expended to achieve the intended goals.	使interface所属的system达到预定效果，需要投入多少资源？
Satisfaction 满意度	The extent to which the user finds the overall system acceptable.	用户对interface所属的system可在多大程度上接受？

这儿提到了effectiveness和efficiency。其实我们更常用的是它们的形容词：effective和efficient。这两个词出现在各个领域中，长的很像，很容易弄混。其实从上面表格中的解释来看，effective表达的是使用的实际效果好，而efficient表达的是投入产出比高，完全是两个层面的衡量。
