The Doers finally take it to market and Get the job finished. They are Project Managers, Salespeople or folks from Production. Like the Gold Diggers they are Practical People

The Creators typically find the opportunity and open it up. If you do this you are likely to be an Artist, Marketeer or Researcher.

The Developers also learn by Thinking but make the idea work. They are Engineers, Systems Developers and Accountants.
